Shipping Policy

Orders are only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The order cut off is 12 PM Wednesday for an order to be shipped that day. All orders made after 12 PM on Wednesday to Sunday 11:59 PM will be shipped the following Monday.

If for any reason shipping is delayed due to a situation out of our hands (due to the shipping service chosen in the transaction process) it must be submitted to info@freshblendz.com

In the submission of a shipping issue please provide your Name, Order Number, Address, and Shipping Issue.

Shipping issues are a three-way communication between the customer, Fresh Blendz, and the shipping service. The process could take several weeks to resolve.

Each and every shipping situation is unique and will be handled properly, to ensure a satisfying customer service experience.

All shipping situations are handled by company owners/employees.
